Hey guys. I wanted to say thank you and relay just how impressed I am with you guys. I have done literally hundreds of RE deals, commercial and residential. You guys are definitely at the top. This is one of few deals I have had that didn’t require a ton of my attention and there was quite a bit involved here with the surveys, rezoning, etc. Just wanted to reiterate my thanks. Great work!
